Hours

Our office is open the following hours and days:

Monday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm (Open during lunch)
Tuesday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm (Closed for lunch SOME Tuesdays due to meetings)
Wednesday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm (Open during lunch)
Thursday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm (Open during lunch)
Friday 7:30 am - 3:00 pm (Open during lunch)

Patient Portal

Our patients now have acces to our new Patient Portal. You can will be able to see a summary of your visits, view your medication, visit dates, diagnoses and handouts for your diagnoses. You will not be able to see your patient billing account. Please do not make any changes in your medications because the system will not save these changes. The portal can be reached by clicking here "Patient Portal"(https://eubanks.ema.md/ema/Login.action) You will need a username and password to access this portal. You will be given a card with this information on your first visit after 7/1/2012. If you lose this username and password, we will need you to come into the office with a picture ID to receive a new card.
